Taylor Swift's Eras Tour has come to an end

It's the end of an era - the Eras Tour that is. After nearly two years, Taylor Swift has concluded her Eras Tour which took her to stadiums around the world. The Eras Tour began in Glendale, Arizona on March 17, 2023. Taylor Swift played nearly 150 shows in total during the tour before it concluded this weekend in Vancouver, Canada. It has now been reported that the tour was one of the most successful concert series of all time, bringing in over $2 billion.

The Eras Tour marks Taylor Swift's first time back on the road since 2018. Lasting more than three hours per show, the concert takes a look back at Swift's entire music career, featuring songs from each one of her eleven albums.

In addition to the more than 40 songs on the set list, a highlight of the show was each night when Taylor would play surprise songs - one acoustically on guitar and one on piano. With so many songs in her discography, Taylor would often surprise the crowd by performing mash-ups of several of her songs.

Openers for the Eras Tour included Sabrina Carpenter, Paramore, Gracie Abrams, and more. Taylor was occasionally joined on stage by special guests such as Jack Antonoff, Ed Sheeran, Aaron Dessner, and Florence Welch.

Due to its popularity, the show was released as a concert film in 2023 under the name "Taylor Swift: The Eras Tour movie." The concert is currently streaming on Disney+. During the final weeks of the tour, a coffee table book detailing The Eras Tour was released exclusively at Target.
